About Me
Fully insured and qualified complementary therapist, practising since August 1995. I’ve been based in London since 2006, self-employed since 2013, and operating as a mobile therapist since 2015.I’m a registered member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR), the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), UK Reiki Federation.I ensure that Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours to stay current with the latest techniques. Since mid 2025 I am enjoying being a part of a Complementary Therapy Team at St Bart's Hospital every other week.
Therapies
The therapy treatments I do include Manual Lymph Drainage, Deep Tissue Massage, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Vacuum Cupping, and Pregnancy Massage.With a background in beauty therapy, I am passionate about customising treatments to meet each client’s specific needs, fostering lasting relationships and repeat bookings.I am currently incorporating kinesiology taping to address minor issues between appointments, which has received positive feedback from clients seeking support between sessions.Additionally, I have always had a keen interest in traditional Eastern techniques that focus on meridian zones and the flow of qi (chi), offering a holistic and effective treatment experience.
